By accessing and/or using WaterHub services, you declare that all your data is true and valid, and you consent to WaterHub to obtain, collect, store, manage, and use such data as stated in the Privacy Policy and WaterHub's Terms and Conditions.

A. Acquisition and Collection of User Data WaterHub collects user data for the purpose of processing user transactions, managing and facilitating the use of the Application, and other purposes permitted by applicable regulations. The user data collected includes the following:

Data recorded when users use the Application and Site, including but not limited to: 2.1 Real or estimated location data such as IP address, Wi-Fi location, geo-location, and others; 2.2 Time data of each user activity, including registration activities, logins, transactions, and others; 2.3 User usage or preference data, including user interactions in using the Application and/or Site, saved choices, and selected settings.   4. Contacting users via email, mail, telephone, fax, and others, including but not limited to assisting and/or completing transaction processes or resolution processes.
